Travelling is a very big thing for Des.  And since the arrival of Airbnb, he’s managed to spread his wings across Europe and the US in affordable fashion.  When he’s back in Ireland, Des hits the gym an impressive three or four times a week – keeps his stress levels down, which means more guilt-free dining!
